76/4.7m as forecast to decrease and 4.2m would have been OK to start. Soon settled to 4.7m, and glad I had it repaired yesterday evening as it was perfect size. Wind gusty but OK, with big chop far out, but I shouldn't be there anyway. Nice rollers in South Bay and waves close to shore to gybe in. Did a few OK jumps.
Felt tired as soon as I started, maybe going down with something or just knackered after a few days strenuous sailing so only sailed a bit over hour and half.
Knee sore after falling on a mast+ roller yesterday when surfing down it and remembering I can't surf. Didn't affect sailing.
Looked good 5.3m later, but too tired to change up. Another great day.
